Jackie and I took our granddaughter Bethany to see my sister Caroline. We visited Bedford and discovered that “old-style” county towns are
very unwelcoming to wheelchairs - especially if you forget to take your “blue badge”. We were also served one of the worst meals I have ever encountered. Is Bedford always this hostile to strangers?
